Under the direction of our Gym Manager and Gymnastics Director, Recreational Gymnastics Instructors will implement monthly lesson plans when teaching recreational gymnastics.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide proper instruction: demonstrate/spot skills based on class level and supervise all activities closely.
Ensure complete understanding of each student's training and background, including working with and managing their limitations and expectations.
Maintain effective and timely communication with staff and parents regarding program news, changes, and other necessary information.
Maintain attendance sheets and communicate with the gym manager when you notice a large number of absences.
Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
Recreational Gymnastics + Tumbling Instructor
We are currently seeking Part-Time Birthday Party Instructors. Life is too short not to work someplace extraordinary! If you have tons of energy, love children, and are looking for a way to give back to your community, you may be the person we are looking for!
Requirements:
An OUTGOING and DYNAMIC personality
Enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist Party Hostess in setting up the party room before the event
Greet and direct all participants and families upon arrival
Assist and entertain participants during the event
Assist in cleaning the party rooms after the event
Lend a hand where needed
The position demands someone reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently and with others. On-site training will be provided prior to the first event. Each shift is approximately 4 hours, scheduled on a “per event” basis on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons and evenings throughout the year.
Birthday Party Instructor
Wonderland Elite is always open to hiring new coaches for our all-star cheerleading program (both full-year and half-year coaching opportunities available).
Applicants must have ample experience in the industry, the ability to coach ALL levels and ages, and possess a green light from the USASF Background Check.
Must be willing to commit to sign a non-compete agreement and commit only to our athletes and program for the length of the season.
Must also be willing to travel up to 2 hours distance for single-day competitions throughout the season and further for National competitions.
